Our Community Care team is at your service from the moment a request is placed and will continue to be your advocate in seeking out resources with the goal of helping your overall needs. We are constantly working with brands to help offset costs and partnering with community organizations to assist in providing fuller care support.
Support Programs
Individuals who are at or below the poverty level (guidelines from the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services here) may be eligible for discounted pricing. To apply, please contact us and provide a clear scan or photo of a current document from a government agency that shows you are currently receiving low-income benefits (SNAP, SSI award letters, LEAP, etc). We do not accept Medicaid for this program. Please obscure or black out your SSN if applicable. An Artemis Community Care team member will respond to your request immediately, go over CBD products, any issues or concerns that you may have, and discuss your overall needs to determine if we can be of further assistance.
