Orders & Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Artemis.

Should you need to return your purchase, you have 30 days from receiving your order to arrange your return.  Please note that all items must be returned new, unused, unopened and with all security seals still attached.  Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and not refunded.  Sale items are not eligible for returns.  We currently do not have the ability to offer exchanges at this time.

Returns by Mail

To return an item, please email a return request with your order number in the subject line to customercare@artemishousenyc.com.  Please include in your email – your name, date of purchase, and reason for return.  After you reach out to us, our customer care team will respond with a return authorization (RA) number and return shipping instructions.  We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping charges.  All returns must be approved and have an RA number.

When shipping back the return, the shipping costs are the responsibility of the client.  We recommend packaging your return item(s) in the manufacturer’s product box (please make sure all security seals are still attached) and when possible with the Artemis shipping box to prevent damage in transit.  We recommend that you send your return package with tracking or a signature required feature. 

We will contact you within 1-3 business days from receipt of package to confirm your return has been processed.  Refunds will be credited to the original credit card used.  It can take up to two weeks or longer for returns to post depending on your financial institution.

Visit our store to return an item purchased from Artemisnyc.com within 30 days of purchase.
