How to Use
Gently shake and pull oil to .50 on dropper (15 mg). Hold under the tongue for up to 1 minute. Take after a meal, once or twice a day.
There’s no one-size-fits-all to CBD dosing. The best approach is to start low and slow, and titrate up as needed over time. Start with the suggested amount for 3-5 days to allow the body to acclimate. After 3-5 days, increase amount until desired effect is reached.
